On vacation in Melbourne beach area and stopped here for dinner one night. Service was better than excellent. The lady working the register (one of the owners ) was working harder than anyone I have seen in a while. Just as nice as can be too. Pizza was very good. NY style. The wings were better than you will get at a BW3s. We definately will be back next year.

I'm not a pizza snob, nor do i consider myself a gourmet of any kind, but this is damn good pizza. i know there are Bizarros fans out there, but i gotta tell ya, for beachside, this is the best outside of Rome or my kitchen. (its too hot to make pizza at home right now) I hate tomato sauce, so I was thrilled with the white pizza they offer. the crust was perfect. Not too thick but not as thin as I make it either. Generous cheese and savory spices....mmmmm. Our pizza lasted my family of 3 (we ordered an 18") for 3 meals-the slices are HUGE. I liked the local mom and pop feel of the restaurant, so perhaps we'll dine in next time...at any rate, this is the ONLY place I'll get a pizza from, whether take out or dining in.

Delicious pizza, great crust, Jumbo slices! This place is great for all pizza lovers. I eat here at least once a month.

Pretty good pizza but not the best around (I like nypd for delivery and bizarros for picking up) Lunch here is great though - speedy and cheap. Their $5 lunch special for 1 slice and a soda hits the spot when I'm in a hurry. We've done dinner here a few times as well, also enjoyable.

Best pizza I've had in a 50 mile radius if not more. Super friendly. Great food. Awesome atmosphere. Have nothing to say but good things.

ITALIAN SUB...let me start by saying this is a one item review. This Italian sub is, without a doubt, the best Italian sub we've ever had...and we eat a lot of sandwiches. The lightly seasoned bread is always fresh and warm. The cold cuts are ample but not overblown. They also have a sauce that mixes with the melted cheese and adds a moist, melty goodness. We've never had anything else here. A friend brought us here a couple years ago for this sub and it's all we've ordered on every visit...often driving 20+ minutes from home past a half dozen other sandwich shops just to get our fix. Don't pass it up if you visit.

What a gem! My husband had lunch here (a suggestion of his coworkers) and found the food to be quite delicious. They have the best pizza in the Melbourne/Cocoa area hands down. Their stromboli is mouth-watering! We also had barbecue wings which we delicious as well. The owner is this really cool guy who looks like Sean Penn. Also, this place is the picture of cleanliness from the moment you walk into the door you notice it even in the restrooms. Soda, water, and or tea are self serve. What I liked the most is that there was a feeling of home.

We went at noon on Sunday and it was completely empty, so we were a little dubious. We had pizza, wings, and fries. Everything was piping hot and delicious. The staff was solicitous but very chill. Will definitely go again.

We've had take away pizza a few times, and it's been consistently good. Nice flavor, esp the sauce and good crust. I used to be a pizza man years ago, and this is how I would make it. I also like Bizarros Indialantic, but that's a very thin crust NY style.

The BEST pizza in town with the most generous staff you could imagine and its local! Their salads, wings, and garlic knots do not disappoint. My favorite is the white slice.

  • Chris G.

Simply put...really, really good NY style pizza! Huge foot long slices or up to 24" pizza. Garlic knots are awesome too. Come here if your at the beach. Kids love it too.

Just had some delicious pizza, wings, and antipasto salad! Wings were crispy and moist. Ask for pizza extra crispy. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce & toppings. Antipasto salad was nice and fresh and had fresh shredded mozzarella. Did I mention the wings were delicious?!

We parked in the back and as we were coming in we noticed the three young kitchen staff and one was clearly itching and rubbing his body under his shirt and then started to prep food

Not sure why there are so many good ratings. The pizza by the slice is a precooked 24" pizza. When the reheated pizza finally arrived the cheese was not typical greasy pizza yumminess. Rather it tasted like reheated day old pizza, was dry (like you see in mud during a drought all cracked) you know like you get out of your home oven. The salad was HUGE. A large feeds 4 to 6 easily. (It came out 35 minutes after ordering and arrived with our pizza) The Amber Bock was room temperature, slightly colder I guess. The wings came out 10 minutes after the pizza (45 minutes after ordering) they made a mistake in the dry erase order forms they use (my order got smudged lol) Didn't have blu cheese as requested (but said they did and gave me ranch after ordering) They said the spicy garlic parm were the best. Guess that does not consider the fact that they taste like they were rolled in salt and heated in a microwave. The waitress placed our paper plates for our salad on my phone? Pardon my personal property (and your dripping sweat... Call someone in if you're too busy to wipe your sweat off) I give it 1 star because the water comes out of the fountain super cold! Otherwise I would rate zero stars. I chose this over the burrito shack next door. Big mistake to end my day trip from Tampa on! Staaaay away unless you know the owner, she was sweet to a few regulars but completely left a conversation with a first time customer to hug and kiss the regulars goodbye. Good way to keep em, how about getting more?? C'mon yelpers! Get this shabby pizza joint in line with its true rating! It's not 4 stars!

I've been here a few times and it's always been good each time. The single slices of pizza are FREAKIN huge and more than enough for most people, I would have to believe. The wings are pretty good. I get the met lovers and there's always plenty of toppings and the crust has a nice crispness to it. You can it outside and enjoy a beer while you wait (which is typically not very long). Great place. I will definitely be back.

I came here for lunch with a group from the office. They highly recommended this place and said it was a must while in town... AND WERE THEY EVER RIGHT!!! I ordered a calzone with onions, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. It was also loaded with three kinds of cheese. OMGosh was this thing ever huge!! AND OHHHHHHHHHHH so tasty!!! I can't rave enough about how good it was.... I would have to say it is close to one of the better calzones I've ever had!! Defiantly enough to share!!! .....but I didn't.... LOL! I did see a couple of their pizzas... they looked amazing!! Others in my group had meatball subs, and other types of calzones. I sure wish I could have made it back to try some other items!!!! Next trip!!

Some guy below wrote, "Marginally better than frozen." Huh? Oh, and, "The crust was not New York style." Huh? Not at all the experience I had at Cibelli's. Great New York style crust, great sauce, great portions, GREAT pizza. Nuff said.

We enjoyed our stop at Cibelli's, a real mom and pop pizzeria. A lot of the reviews are arguing whether or not this is real NY style pizza. I didn't see anything in the restaurant that claimed it was NY style pizza. It's just pizza. And it's pretty good. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your own paper plates and napkins and drink refills. It's just that kind of place. Garlic knots were fan-TAS-tic! The small salad was large enough for 2 and very good. The pizza was hot and not too greasy. Fresh mushrooms are always appreciated at a pizza place and the crust was light and crispy. Also that night they were featuring $1 drafts with several beers, including rolling rock, on tap. Give this place a try!

A casual beach side pizzeria in a 1960's era building which includes a deck for outdoor dining. Cibelli's is a small chain with four Oregon locations, and one here in Florida. I'm assuming it's still a family owned business as Mr. Cibelli is behind the counter and has personally delivered pizzas to my home. I see mixed reviews here, and agree on some points. Seeing a man hand tossing dough behind the counter always brings a smile to my face. The employees are consistently friendly. I have been blown away with the white cheese pizza, while the regular pizzas have been very average. The 24" giant pizza is a steal at $19.95, and will easily feed four adults. Cibelli's is a real crowd pleaser with visiting family. We buy a couple of giant pies and everyone's happy. They don't typically deliver, but have made an exception for me when I placed a large order.

Our family used to live in Italy, with awesome pizzerias everywhere! This is the best pizza we have eaten since we moved back to the States 6 years ago!! We visited at lunch. We ordered the $3 Footlong slice. They were huge and lived up to their name. We plan on going back often. We also have a son who is highly allergic to all dairy. We asked about the ingredients in their pizza dough and pizza sauce, both are dairy free. They seemed happy to accommodate our special requests for a dairy free pizza. That sealed the deal with business from our family. I can't wait to spread the word about our new favorite pizza place!!

Yummy pizza for the Sat Beat area. Cooked all the way thru and a decent ratio of sauce/cheese/toppings. An extra star because they are green when it comes to order forms. They have laminated forms instead of paper forms! Yay for that!

Pizza was ok. I liked that it's a mom and pop type place, great use of an old gas station, and a casual place to eat. It was also clean and well run by a guy who was obviously the owner. Would return to this place again and want to try the white pizza.

Marginally better than Frozen We live beachside but when it comes to pizza we always head over the causeway to get a good pie. In my opinion the best pizza in the Space Coast is found at Fired Up Coal Oven pizza in Palm Bay, San Remo Pizza (Corner of Eau Gallie and US1) and at Sweet Tomatoes (Wickham just north of 192). I first tried Cibellis almost three years ago when they first opened. I was not impressed and did not go back until I read a favorable review on Yelp and thought ...wouldn't it be great to be able to get good pizza without leaving the beach. I tried Cibellis again on July 5, 2010 and it was downright awful. I had a $3.00 slice of mushroom. The slices a Cibellis are $3.00 for up to three topics for a very large (foot long) slice. If the pizza was any good this would be a good deal if you like toppings and a average deal for a cheese slice. If the only pizza a reviewer ever had came from Pizza Hut and Dominoes the lack of a valid standard of comparison might explain how Cibellis received any ratings of three stars of higher. To their credit the slice had fresh mushrooms (several beachside competitors notably Bizzaros used canned mushrooms). Given that they charge $3.00 for up to three toppings and I ordered only one topping I was surprised how few mushrooms they used but this was just the begging of the problem. The sauce was gross. Worse than the saccharin sweet stuff at Bizzaros. It tasted like high fructose corn syrup and preservatives... I would give serious odds that Cibellis does not make their own sauce. It tasted like it came out of a jar of pizza quick sauce. The crust was NOT New York style. Their crust is much thicker Bizzaros (a Bonston style pizza with no leavening agents and a very thin crust). New Yourk style is thin, very crisp and is traditionally leavened with yeast. This crust while definitely thinner than deep dish Chicago style. It is about the with of a pinky or "Sharpie" marker in thickness. I found it doughty and bread-like. The bottom of the crust had a strange aftertaste. I could not determine if the bottom of the crust was oiled, seasoned, or just picked up an off flavor from contact with the oven. The cheese was little better than the poor crust and gross sauce. The slice was swimming in oil. After blotting the slice with two napkins the cheese was edible but relatively flavorless. I do not know if the issue was too much cheese, poor quality cheese or both but good pizza should not be swimming in oil. Cibellis serves Pepsi products, beer and wine. When I asked for an Ice Tea they advised that they had Publix unsweetened Ice Tea which was still in the gallon jug from Publix. In my book if you know how to boil water you know how to brew Ice Tea. Using Publix Ice Tea instead of brewing tea is laziness. Perhaps they use Publix brand pizza sauce too. There are certainly many better sauces available at Publix. We did not finish our slices at Cibellis and given how awful the pizza was we did not bother to box up the leftovers. This is not the worst pizza in the Space Coast (see my review of Wagon Wheel for that distinction) but it is close.

Huge slices but nothing to write home about. I had high hopes for the Margarita but uncooked tomatoes, lack of fresh mozzarella and barely any basil to be found left me disappointed. However if you're in the area, grab a slice and take your blanket out on the beach for the drum circle on Saturday nights.
